Anybody here that is the same age as their Triumph?

I'm close: I'm one year younger than my 1952 Mayflower!

Also, who went into the dealer and bought their Triumph new?
=====
This then-10.5-year-old did go with the rest of the family to Nemith Motors
in Latham, NY, to look at and ultimately purchase a new Herald 1200
convertible in January 1964. It's still with me, in the barn awaiting
restoration.

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with  wings.
