Dearest Jonmac, To us colonials, a closet is where gay folk used to reside. 
Bonnets might come out for Easter, a wing is a peice of chicken and the valance 
is how much is in my checking account. We do lots of flying out of Prestwick 
and when I get a clearance I tell them that "I'm merely a colonial, so please 
speak slowly". The Scots go bonkers hearing that!
