I was out of town yesterday.

Mark Gendron has made us a web site from which we can down load the HTML and 
images.

No logon or password are needed. The user's web browser should ask whether
he wishes to open the file, or save it. I recommend selecting "save" and
saving the file to a local hard drive, and then unzipping it there.

I tested it and it works fine.
