Is it the "Tool" or the "Tooler"?

I am struck while reading about the 'Dangerous Tools' that it could, perhaps, 
be the "Tooler" rather than the tool....

That being said.....This "Tooler's" biggest nemesis.....that da#* little 
needle nose pliers that gives me a blood blister everytime I use it.....and 
yes, I 
still have it....
