I think you are being bit harsh. Fred made a good general point
without knowing the details of that specific vendor. You added those
details. That is the way this list should work: the accumulated
knowledge of a large number of people. The initial responses may be
right, wrong, arguable or incomplete. The list quickly corrects and
refines them.
If everybody had to achieve a forensic standard of proof, nobody
would ever make a contribution.
