Polishing the carbs

While my throttle bodies are at Big Apple Hydraulics getting rebushed, I've  
been attempting to polish the suction chambers. I'm using a Dremel and while  
I've gotten a lot of the dull finish off, it's not getting the kind of shine 
and  luster I know they are capable of. Anyone btdt?
