Has anyone done the conversion to a GM SI series #7127 alternator to their
TR6? If so, is it a straight forward replacement or does it require
modification/fabrication of the mounting brackets? What's the impact on belt
size? In reading through Dan's Wiring Harness instructions he strongly
recommends upgrading to this alternator.
