Thank you for the replies. Yes, I agree that the bra would be tough on the paint with it's movement in the wind. It's always kind of a conundrum, my paint is in really good shape and the car looks so good that I want to drive it. But the rock hits on the freeway are inevitable. I just touched up one that was centered on the nose of the bonnet and it seemed such a shame. I want to enjoy the drive and not detract from the experience by worrying about these things. I will look into these 'clear bras'. Guess there is some way to cut and form and apply the flat stock to the curves of the car without it wrinkling up and so on? I'll do some reading. Thanks again.
