I jusr ordered a ton of brake stuff from Moss. On a Tuesday morning I
ordered the new brake lines, I had them Wednesday afternoon. Needless to say I
was
happy with the service. I then went on to order just about everything else
needed to rebuild my brakes. They were out of stock on a ferw minor things,
but
I did receive them within a few days of the original shipment. The one item
I didnt get was SS caliper pistons. I gave them a few days then e-mailed them
for a status report. The response was less than enthusiastic. They said
there is no time line available, figure 3 to 4 weeks!! Is it me or is that
pretty
poor customer service?
Anyone know which vendor is MORE reliable and customer friendly?
