cam markings

Took out cam form 250 motor , the can has a number 307621 on a ground flat
spot  between the 5&6 lobe, it is not a cast # but written with an elec  pen.
It is a stanpart can with a 13 cast  and another series of # i can not read.
What does it mean if anything?
