Re: moose beams
One needs high beams for elk too; elk are almost as high as moose. Sit
in your Triumph; measure the height of your nose above the pavement;
then go measure a nearby moose. You'll see that your nose will equal a
point just below the point of his shoulder. Most of the moose/elk will
be above this point, and about windscreen size. I havn't done moose/elk
yet, but, in addition to staying in a Holiday Inn Express, did a horse
as a passenger once. Ruined the rest of the day.Gene
