While I've never fitted a new adjuster, I do remember trying to free off one
which had seized rather worse than most, and needed lots of heat. Being a
bit overzealous with the Propane/Butane mix, I soon had a pool of aluminium
on the bench with a lump of rusty steel in the middle.........
