Normally, since a front swaybar increases the roll stiffness in the front,
thereby reducing the overall amount of roll in a turn, it will make the car
less apt to lift a rear wheel.

A rear bar will still increase overall roll stiffness, but it does so by
increasing weight transfer away from the inner rear wheel, which generally
increases the chances of wheel lift.

The "weight transfer" due to braking/acceleration is actually fairly small
compared to cornering forces.  My suggestion is to get the handling you want
with no brake/throttle input, and then worry about the finer details.

That suggests to me that your tires are not up to the task ... you're
overloading the outside front tire and it's rolling under.  What tires and
tire pressure are you using ?
