Headlamp fitting kit

Does anyone know where I can obtain a diagram or photo of how all the
little bits in the headlamp fitting kit go together?  Some items are
obvious (spring, screws), but some of the stuff in the kit (like a
couple of what look to be a sort of speed nut-things) I can't determine
how it goes on.
 
As always, any help is appreciated.
