Since I am one of "some people" Irv, let me suggest a test : Try launching
your car without putting your foot on the accelerator. It's trivial with a
stock flywheel, you can almost just take your foot off the clutch.
It's the "low power, low rpm" starts that are more difficult with a
lightweight flywheel. Not impossible certainly, but I did notice a definite
difference on my daily driver.
