I searched the archives and found info on steering rack conversions but
uncertain of the accuracy.
According to the post, the TR BITZ rack conversion is a weld on but
according to other sources it is a bolt on ( including the How to Restore
Triumph TR2 TR3 & TR3A by Roger Williams.. ( I have emailed TR BITZ twice
and get a little info each time but no response recently)
Help with my following questions will be appreciated:
1) Does anyone have that kit to be able to provide 100% accuracy? Also any
testimonials as to quality and results.
Does anyone have the instruction sheet for that kit?
I know that Ted Smith in Virginia sells a kit as well anyone know first hand
pros and cons of each? (In one of the emails received from TR Bitz a couple
of weeks ago, I was told that their kit did not require conversion to
electric fan???)
