That's a misprint, should be the other way around. Note that para 57.4 has
the right information.

I don't recall when they switched to double springs on the exhaust during
TR4 production, but I know some replacement spring sets (supplied for
earlier engines) only had two. So even if a 66 TR4 did have triple springs
originally, it might not now.
