Hi,
My TR 4 is still overheating and I'm wondering if it isn't the radiator cap.
Moss calls for one with a 3/4" depth, and that seems to be all that's
readily availiable, but when I measure my filler neck it's 3/4" from the
inside flange to the top of the neck. It seems like the cap should be 7/8"
or so to develop any sort of pressure. Are there deeper radiator caps
availiable, or am I wrong in thinking that the spring should be compressed
inside the cap?
