That is 1.66666666666666666~ ft lbs. A 1.66666666666666666666~ lb weight on
the end of a 1 foot arm would generate that torque.
Pushing a foot long wrench with the side one finger is probably accurate.
This is a bearing preload so the bearings will be tightish and won't spin on
their own.
