I live in Kansas and a friend restored his TR3 and put on an new Comm. Number Plate. He had a non-highway title and went to get it registered. The Highway Patrol officer that did the inspection drilled/riveted and epoxyed and "Kansas" vin plate on his firewall even though he showed him the title and the original Comm. Number Plate. |
