Hello, everyone. It's been a while since I've assembled an engine. What is the consensus on the best lubricant to apply to mating surfaces, such as bearings? Motor oil has worked for me in the past, but isn't there something better that will stick to the target location until start up rather than draining away? How about plain old grease gun grease? Thanks in advance for your advice. Terry Smith '59 TR3A |
