Hi Darryl,

I have had my '63 TR4 from new. CT13614LO. It came with the long neck 
radiator from new as well as the 4 paddle fan. I still have the long neck 
radiator, 
but replaced it with the later version in about 1967. The long neck was fine, 
but had a tendency to crack where the neck met the radiator itself. The 4 
paddle fan is still in use. I've not had overheating problems of a serious 
nature. 
One time, diving through Barstow, California, in June it got hot doing 70 in 
the 110 degree desert.
