Joe,
This happened to me in reverse - turned out I had selected a particular
address trailer as one to be blocked in my anti-spam preferences. I got less
spam
but also couldn't recieve any email with same trailing address.
If you want I can 'forward' your message - or ask him to un-do his blocking
preferences..
