Victoria British TR4 anti sway bar

Hello
Has anyone used the Victoria British front anti way bar kit (vb #5-962). I am
contemplating and would like some feedback? Did it fit properly? From the
lovely picture in the catalog I cannot tell if all the necessary components
are there to retro fit a TR4 with out a front sway bar to one with one using
this

Any help or comments would be appreciated
