The impact of the hammer blows is what does the trick. The other thing to remember is that the clips, cups and cross are all junk at this point; it doesn't matter if you break them. A sharp well-placed chisel and an enthusiastic blow from at least a 3 pound (5 is better if you can control it) BFH will do wonders. Randall |
