Hi Bill,
Spire clip is the technically correct term, a spire nut performs the same
function but is pushed into a hole the panel and holds itself captive. I carry
most of the popular Triumph spire clips and nuts, the catch is that I know
little about the details on a TR3, I specialise more in Heralds and the other
small Triumphs.
If you have one of the clips in question to scan and send me the image
(with a ruler for scale) I can see if it can be matched from stock. If you have
the original Stanpart number then even better,
