tr3 rear brakes

To listers, the rear brakes on a nine inch brake drum on a tr3-a> with the 
adjuster ass'y and the brake cylinder intact what is the correct position for 
them. looking at moss catalog they have it at 9:00 and 3:00. at this position 
the handbrake cable is at a awkward position. does anybody have the right setup
