I am in the process of restoring a small mouth TR3 as TS 15715L.
I have learned after purchase of object, that it is a mix of an erlier body
on a later chassis.  The body is pre 12567 (RH mounted CTR wiper) and the
frame likely TS 15715L (disc brakes)
This is now a rolling chassis:-))
