Powder coating brake drums??

I am putting a set of Western "minilites" on my Sprite. I have powdered 
coated the center spokes and the wheels look great. Now you can see the rusty 
looking rear brake drum. I could paint them, but would really like to powder 
coat 
them the same color as the spokes.

Will this work?
The powder flows at 400 degrees. How hot do the drums get?
