Based on design;
TR2-3-4 trunnions can easily reach 200,000 miles.
TR4A-5-6 trunnions more typically 100,000 miles.
90 wt gear oil would seem helpful for TR4A-5-6 trunnions 
but unnecessary (use grease) for TR2-3-4 trunnions.
