What wears out on trunions? I'm trying to decide whether to use new trunions or the old ones on my TR250. It has 60K miles. It looks like the only part that would wear is the pivot bolt hole. #92 here http://www.mossmotors.com/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=32797 I have three new trunions (don't ask) and the new bolt seems to fit snugger into the original trunions on the car than with any of the three new trunions. Seems I should use the old trunions... Yes/No? Don Malling |
