Seeking a bit of wisdom: There is a seller on eBay who regularly has a
number of rebuilt cylinder heads on offer; currently among them is a TR4 head.

My questions are:
1. Does anyone have any experience with this seller? Feedback rating is
quite good, FWIW.
2. Is there anything about the cylinder head currently on auction that
would suggest competence or incompetence? I do note that the same picture has
apparently been used in past auctions, so this may not depict the specific head
that is on offer.
3. What would one expect to pay for a non-exchange rebuilt cylinder head?
Past auctions for TR4 heads from this seller have gone in the $350 +/- range,
plus shipping.
4. What intelligent questions might one ask of such a seller, prior to
placing a bid?
