Trailing Arm Adjustment - TR4A IRS

I am in the process of moving a TR4A IRS body to a new frame because the old
was had too much cancer to repair.  Does anyone know the process that I
should go through to align (shim) the trailing arms properly to assure
correct toe-in adjustment?
