Thanks Scott, That would be an option except that the edges are folded and stiched and I don't think it would give the same finished look. Bob > Bob- > Rather than fold it over, what you should do is to fold it around the rim, > and measure the width you need. Then trim back each side evenly- keeping the > same middle point. Then refit to the wheel, and stitch. It will be a little > harder without the prepunched holes- but not like punching through folded > leather!
