Collecvting on Ebay!

E-bay has a funvtion where you can report someone who does not pay for a
winning auvtion.  If you do this Ebay will pressure them to pay.  If
they do not pay after that Ebay will credit you the winning aubtion
fees.

I have used this function once before anf the guy came up with the
money.
