As long as we're wishing for new advancements in automotive technology, how
about an interlock that will prevent the car from starting - until the
driver passes an IQ test. The bar doesn't have to be set to high, the
questions can be simple and relevant, like "Can 2 objects occupy the same
space at the same time?" and "What should you be doing while driving in the
PASSING lane?". Maybe a trick question like, "How fast should you back up
if you mistakenly got off at the wrong exit." I'll bet this group can come
up with a complete test ;-)
