There was at least one Herald 13/60 convertible model there several years ago.
I got an electronic image of same from someone on this list (then and maybe
still? I don't have the name handy) of the white Herald apparently being used
as a taxi. How exactly that car (probably about a 1969 model) got to Cuba is
anyone's guess, although there were a few specially assembled (at least some of
them assembled in Belgium), US-legal 13/60 convertibles sold in Puerto Rico
around that time.
