TR3a body bolt down

Next step here is to bolt body to frame. Do you start by putting equal 
thicknesses of pads at each of the four outriggers, bolt it down, and play 
with shims in other places to get door gaps properly set?
I can't quite see why you might ever have different pad thicknesses at 
these four spots.
