POR Tie-Coat Primer

Hi All

Has anyone on the list used POR Tie-coat Primer? If so do you know if it
can be thinned with Lacquer thinner? I forgot to purchase the "POR"
thinner.  All their literature refers to the use of this thinner.. I'm
not sure if this is a necessity or just a sales pitch.

It state to clean up using lacquer thinner.
