"B" post finisher on TR4A

(sorry it this shows up twice, but I didn't see it come back from the 
list)

Does the "B" post finisher (little polished aluminum thingy) on the 4A 
go over or under the rear quarter interior trim panel?  I don't know if 
the TR5/250/6 have the same part or not, I know the TR4 does not.
