Darrell!.....Hey I've been listening to you down there in Vancouver....I'm up
here in Everett and our TR4As are only ll64 # apart.

For the hard top........the windscreen top rail doesn't matter........for the
surrey top........it needs a front edge cupped configuration to hold fast the
front bead on the surrey. Bought mine with the back light installed and the
hard top.......with some pitiful surrey rotted folding remmnats......once I
got that back into shape and a new top........wouldn't fit, until I replaced
the windscreen top rail cap with the proper part. It's aluminum, I had it
chromed, which is flaking off..........s---!......a better chrome shop or
just polish well.........your choice..........

I agree with Eric, don't think a tonneau would be feasible........

Eric says it will fit in the boot......so of course it will......but my boot
is not completely empty having a tool kit, a contenental parts kit, fire
extingusher, etc.......but the surrey top folds.......and slips without too
much trouble behind the seats.......

BE SURE it has the small aluminum cups that fit into the backlight, through
which the bolts go, that hold down the back of the hard top, and for that
matter, the surrey top.......they are scarce.............I have been looking
for 9 years now, without any luck! Everything will work without them....but
I don't think it would show.......you know like, in a concours!

I think TRF has the closest reupholstery kit for the back
light..........including the overhead for the hard top and the trim around
the back light.......all in white.......

I have gone your route, pretty much, I guess........let me know if I can
answer any questions..............have no idea of value for this
setup..........Eric, again is probably
correct!!!............Wow!.........glad mine came with the pieces!

Good luck!

Clark
