Is this the same poison that the company has used the free trade agreement
with Canada to block Canadians removing from the gasoline due to health
risks?

Yup, that's the stuff, although most sources spell Methylcyclopentadienyl as
one word (which is why it's not called MCMT <g>).

As you draw your own conclusions, keep in mind that there are some very
powerful interests in the US, with a great deal of money to lose if MMT
becomes a common additive ... and on the other side is the Ethyl Corp with a
great deal to gain.
