I have used 2 products in the past with some success.  One is a 
pigmented polish, the other more like a set of short fat crayons.  Both 
attempt to fill a minor scratch with a pigment that is approximately the 
same as your paint work.  I wouldn't do this car with a really fine 
finish but works okay on my wife's Toyota.

Why wouldn't you use something like Mirror Glaze #9... are the scratches 
too deep?
