Or perhaps it could be done as it is on another list I get which seems to
work fine.
On my old XJ motorcycle list they give listers first choice on parts before
sending them to ebay:
post to the list what parts you have and tell listers they ore going on ebay
within X days, ask list members to contact you off list with an offer, and
then send what's left to ebay without posting it to the list.
for example: I have two doomaflochies for a 76 trogolodite that I'm going to
put on ebay next Tuesday. Anybody interested then contact me off list and
make an offer.
It works well on the XJ list.
Still, as far as I'm concerned, if it's parts for my triumph, then it's
triumph content. I do believe posting should be limited to listers for the
purpose of helping out other listers.
