I don't really think that there would have needed to be four separate
springs, since they are interchangeable side-to-side. Torque might be a small
factor with that wonderful Vanguard/Tractor/sports car engine, but probably
not enough to really matter. And otherwise, the car is pretty well balanced
side-to-side with its centered battery and fuel tank.
Now there ARE people who have drag-raced their TRs. Any comments from them?
