Just did the duty on this one and the list is short.
At Ace, Home Depot, etc.
1 - 2 ft piece of 5/8" or 3/4" threaded rod.
Washers for top and bottom - I got 3 and used all.
Flat steel cut to fit in the bottom spring saddle. Cut a hole in the middle
for the rod. (I doubled the steel and used a washer).
While you are at it get some 3/8" threaded rod to use as guides for the spring
saddle to ride up and down. - these go in the middle saddle holes. - 6" or
less on these (or you could use two 6" 3/8" shoulder bolts.
That's it - cost, under $10.00
Double nut on one end with ratchet or impact wrench, hold the other with a box
end wrench, and tighten or loosen away. Go slow.
