I have used a piece of plastic pipe big enough to fit over the bushing and
deep enough to hold the bushing,   ( about 2" deep),  a socket, and a big
vise or C-clamp, the vise is easier. put the board over end of pipe, push
old bushing with socket  out into pipe.
If that fails I do have a set of trailing arms with uprated bushings already
installed, for sale.
