Was that price tag $4000?  Wow.  That seems like there's an extra "0" in that
number for a car that doesn't run, and probably has a seized block, not to
mention will need all the rubber replaced and more or less a body off resto.

For $4K you could nearly buy a perfectly restored car of the same vintage, and 
as
a GT6 owner, it hurts me to say that.

Tell the guy to put it on eBay and be happy with $750!
