I guess now isn't the time to tell you that most all motor driven fuel pumps
have the motor completly wetted in gasoline. Yep, windings, magnets,
sparking brushes and all!
Harold PS this really isn't a problem since the air fuel ratio is way
rich as in near 0 to 1
