Fuel on choke cams

I have recently noticed just the slightest bit if fuel on the cams for the
choke on both Stromberg carbs. There does not seem to be any leak elsewhere.
No fuel on the float bowls or anywhere else.  Could this be a stuck jet? Any
other ideas?
